ABOUT US – SAM’S SERVICE CENTRE – HAMILTON CAR REPAIR & TUNEUP GARAGE

Sam’s Service Centre is a 4-bay auto repair shop in Hamilton, Ontario, founded in 1976 by Sam Guerriero.  Sam’s career as an auto mechanic began at the age of 11, in a small town just outside of Naples, Italy.  After learning the trade as an auto mechanic, Sam emigrated to Canada to continue his automotive career, establishing Sam’s Service Centre.  It was here that Sam worked long hours to develop Sam’s into the reliable, knowledgable auto garage it is today. It is at Sam’s, more so probably than any other garage in the city, you can consistently expect and get service that is honest, fair and friendly.

Sam’s Service Centre as it is today is managed and serviced full time by Sam’s sons Paul and Domenic.  As graduates of Mohawk College, Paul and Domenic proudly offer their locally learned trade to the Hamilton community.

I really like Sam's, their service and quality is great. I have 4 stars because I have called to make appointments about 4 times now, leaving a message every time and none of the calls have been returned. I work shifts so it's difficult to call during regular business hours but in the past they were great and answered during posted hours. Just not great at returning calls I guess.

My wife called me about a strange noise like metal on metal coming from the rear right tire. The service team at Sam's told me that the problem could be a bent backing plate, wheel bearing, or a foreign body behind the backing plate and the rotor. The guys said to bring it in and they would take care of it. With the advice of the team from Sam's I thought I should look at the issue and it was a slightly bent backing plate and a stone between the rotor and backing plate. Thank you so very much Guys your team is awesome.
